Working with children and tuition reimbursement for college credits. And I met my best friend 20 years ago at work!
Cons
No budget, no ones schedule is consistent, ALWAYS out of ratio, not enough staff, horrible insurance, not consistent with rules, new employees are not trained, UNDER PAID, not equally paid, etc
