      Pros

      I cannot think of any advantages except getting experience to add to your resume. Good for after school hours if in college. Try to find work elsewhere.

      Cons

      They will send you home if numbers drop. Children are only numbers and income. Pre made curriculum is not what is in the best interest of the children.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience, had a wonderful time and experiences with kids and families, the hours were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and unhelpful in most situations. Co-workers engaged in high-school like behavior. Not enough staff for the amount of kids which led to overwhelming and potentially dangerous situations. It led to burnout very quickly.
