I don't have much in the way of pros, as far as the company goes. Nice co-workers. Simple products. Easy to implement. If you like heavy drinking at team events, I guess that's good for you.

I cannot believe how long I worked here for before leaving. There were so many promises and lies from management about bonuses, salary, and even about the product itself. They have good sales people pedalling a product that can easily be done by platforms which dealerships already pay for. It's decent at what it does, but it isn't the game changer it was 5 years ago. Competition has caught up and surpassed Kimoby and their other offerings. Clients figure it out and leave very frequently. They haemorrhage clients on a weekly basis, while sales works HARD to refill the bucket. Upper management; They're making a LOT of money while not sharing with the team that helps make them their money. They are not good people. Period. I've seen people dismissed for discussing salary amongst their colleagues.

I’ve been with Kimoby for a while now, and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. The team is awesome—everyone is super friendly, supportive, and really passionate about what we do. I’ve always felt like my ideas and contributions are valued, and there’s a real sense of collaboration. The flexibility is a big plus. I love that I can balance work and life, with the option to work remotely and have flexible hours. The benefits are solid too—everything from health insurance to a great group RRSP plan, which makes a real difference. What I really appreciate is that Kimoby cares about its people. They invest in us through training and development opportunities, and there’s always room to grow. It’s exciting to work for a company that’s constantly evolving and pushing boundaries in the tech space.
