Pros
It’s nice to work in the corporate office. Predictable schedule and I never get asked to stay late. All of my coworkers and friendly and nice. I genuinely enjoy my role and my projects.
Cons
We used to be able to work from home 2 days a week, but since Jan 2026 most employees are required to be in the office full time, which is frustrating. Lots of red tape- you need multiple levels of approval for everything so things move very slowly.
