Pros

Decent guarantee the first year People are OK a bit of a team atmosphere

Cons

You work from home but you get no incentive to work from home. There’s no office allowance, nothing for paper, nothing for printer, ink, supplies and you have to buy all of your samples and demos. Additionally, you get no support unless you are the top 2 or 3 reps in your region and that’s all the way up from sales managers, district managers, and regional managers. Also, you are constantly threatened with termination if you have a bad month, even if your numbers are good for previous year. They are terrible at coaching. There is a region manager, who is especially abrasive. The company only cares about his numbers so they let him lead like that and there is never an investigation even when you’ve made mention to his boss and the HR department. Vacation is strongly discouraged
