Pros
Exposure to a project that might be going on the time you join. One time ice-cream when a new intern/full-time employee joins.
Cons
Highly negative impact on physical and mental health. Interns don't get paid here, at the end of term they might be told they can work for their portfolio but no need if they want to work for money. Even full time employees don't get paid on time and if they leave their salary will be held. Reasons/Excuses will be given at first for non-payment that a client has to pay them when client does you will get paid and after a while you will be told you made company loose money or you didn't complete some features. Made to work mostly for 9-10 hours and even 11+ hours. You will burnout even before you know it. Even after that you will be told that they should have made you work till midnight to get UNREALISTIC DEADLINES meet. Problems are ignored, communication is worse/non-existent. You will be given a task initially and then the whole day no one will bother to ask about you. Not being treated like person basically. Big talks will be given initially then everything crumbles down. Future goals never get executed, you might want to bring joy to your workplace but you will get demotivated quickly after seeing dead response. Absence of management for weeks, everything is done in disorganised manner, you will not be able to do tasks because of this. No structure to building projects, everything should be done in a day. Code quality might suffer greatly as things keep changing. You are taken for a review session after 2 weeks, your suggestions are taken but nothing is done for them. You are going to always feel like an outsider. Their is a pattern of employees/interns not getting paid.
