      Pros

      Some good co-workers and offices are nice buildings.

      Cons

      Long hours with little to no reward. Nepotism is a huge problem, if you are related to the family or go to their church you will do fine; otherwise they will use and abuse you. Things might be good in the electrical department but other departments (phones, IT, and specialty systems) are all stepchildren that are extremely poorly managed and more of a burden for senior management. There is no real drive to make anything but electrical department successful.

      Pros

      Kidwell is and excellent company to work for, they care about their employees and customers. Their EOS style of management is a productive and efficient operating system, which trickles down to make your day more productive and efficient. Their core values are top tier and they actually live by them everyday where most company don't.

      Cons

      In two years of employment, there is not anything I can list as a Con.
