      Pros

      Kids are great, facility is nice, can get time off when you really need it. Your experience mostly depends on your school.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership, staff promotions with no real training/experience. Native teachers are an expendable asset and are treated as such. Good luck going to the bathroom.

      Consistent hours Breaks Training/ orientation

      Cons

      After training there is little guidance Large class sizes Repetitive curriculum Dealing with that many kids by yourself is extremely difficult if you don’t already have a background in childcare
