Not only do I love my job I love where I work. I have made so many lifelong friends and have amazing relationships with parents. The office staff is there to back you up and be in your side when needed. They also give you the space to make your classroom your own within state guidelines. Licensing rules are followed and enforced. I feel safe and holy working here and enjoy waking up to come to work everyday.

It is a bigger center so you can get lost in the shuffle but just speak up and you will be heard.

Kids and families are what was the most important about the job that I loved.

Terrible management. With the new ownership and admin, all they cared about was favoritism and money. They made me feel that I was worthless and that I needed to improve my teaching style. I know my kids and their needs. I am their caregiver, yet they made me feel like the worst teacher. That has been the most stressful place to work, and you get short-staffed. They are always short and you won't get bathroom break for hours. I have been there for so long and I'm so glad I decided to leave.
