Pros
None - Anytime you find a pro or things seem to gain momentum it very quickly turns around
Cons
They will constantly talk about core values they don't actually embody. Don't expect much of the culture except the constant feeling of the company being unstable and frantic. No one will ever be held accountable for their jobs, and if you get to a point where you are valuable to them they will just milk you until they can find something to throw you under the bus for. Lots of micromanaging and projects that are not your actual job but consist of cleaning up other people's messes. This company will squeeze every bit of positivity, energy and passion out of you. And it doesn't take long. The first month will seem nice and then it will become very clear how shocking it is that this company is still functioning at all and anyone stays there. I promise, there is better out there. Almost the entire staff is new because they give zero incentives to stick around and are more than happy to watch you go. They tell you benefits are available to you, but the health benefits are something no one has ever heard of and no doctor in Westchester County will accept, so you end up paying for your own benefits anyway. One week you can be praised for your great work and the next you can be next on the chopping block.
