The relationship you build with the families that have their children go there last a lifetime. They are well stocked with activities and crafts for the kids to do. The "work" is disbursed through all employees so you don't feel like you are the only one getting things done. They can be flexible with your schedule if coverage allows.

Some employees are not educated enough in working with children but they are also to help with the babysitting aspect of the center. It can be clicky between employees but it is expected with so many females under one roof. Some employees are given more leniency then others on to many occasions. There is no room for advancement/pay raise, unless you have a degree.
