I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience at Kibo, and I feel compelled to share my concerns about the company's practices. When I joined Kibo, company promised that policies and facilities will be match or exceed the standards set by my previous employer, Xpansion. Unfortunately, Kibo has not lived up to its promises, leading me to conclude that it's not far from being a scam. Here's a breakdown of the false commitments and discrepancies I've encountered: 1, Leave Policy: At Xpansion, we enjoyed the benefit of 2 days of leave credited every month, with the entire year's allocation available from the start of the year. At Kibo, we're offered a mere 1.5 leave days per month, a significant downgrade in comparison. 2. Medical Benefits: Xpansion provided us with an excellent medical policy covering up to 15 lakhs. In stark contrast, Kibo's maximum coverage is limited to 5 lakhs, and even worse, there's no option to increase it. 3. Variable Pay: Xpansion transitioned to an employee-friendly fixed pay structure, while Kibo introduced a variable pay system without adequately informing us during the hiring process. This change, introduced midway through the year, was both surprising and unsettling. 4. Appraisal Delays: When I joined Kibo, I was told that our annual appraisal would take place in March. However, the company later postponed it to July, leaving us to wonder why they were toying with employees' expectations and financial planning. 5. Promotions: It's disheartening to see the same set of employees getting promoted every year while junior employees like myself are seemingly overlooked. 6. Frequent Policy Changes: Kibo's policies seem to change every 3-4 months, and it's evident that these changes aren't made with the welfare of employees in mind. 7. Layoff Concerns: The constant fear of layoffs looms over the company, with indications that they may start in India soon due to the current financial situation. 8. We got zero hike when got transferred to Kibo, while company hiring others giving good hike. Where is the logic? 9. Company hardly getting new client since few months, this is red flag. Furthermore, regrettably, we find ourselves unable to present these concerns to the management or HR due to the unfavorable environment that discourages open discussions. There is a fear that such actions could potentially result in termination.
