Kibo has a great support network between team members - people are so friendly and always happy to help. I learned a lot working there: professional development is high on their priorities and Kibo certainly can help you get to where you want to be. The Swindon office has a communal feel, being a small office, with a relaxed but professional atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and recommend Kibo to anyone interested in the e-commerce world with an aptitude for information technology.
Cons
Speaking on other companies' behalf can be difficult sometimes; people expect you to have more knowledge of the company they believe they're contacting, and get upset if they learn they are not. This is a minor inconvenience however, and can easily be resolved using one's diplomatic skills. It is honestly quite a struggle to think of any real cons: those that had arisen have since been resolved.
