Pros

- Colleagues - Relax ambiance, at time. - Nice surrounding - Small Team

Cons

- The tug of war between the two veterans in the office. - Shift pattern 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM also during weekends when absolutely nothing happens. - Isolation from the rest of the company based in the US which allows countless unruly and unprofessional behaviour to happen. - Translation requests not taken into consideration even as a native speaker. - NEVER a thank you or a congratulations. No merits given whatsoever. - No progression possible at all even after years in the company. - Showing ambition and potential is taken as a threat by your superior and they make sure to "rein" you down. - Need to beg for months to obtain the tools to do your job properly. - No benefits at all except a mere 1% of your salary for pension that only started a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the feedback. The last time I was in the Swindon office there was a tremendous amount of camaraderie which made me feel we need to continue leveraging this office for broader opportunity. People are nice and easy to work with. They are very productive and helpful.

Cons

Not good pay for the position compared to other companies.
