      Self learning Curve cause you tend to deal with a samples.

      Cons

      The boss has mind of his own and thinks his project is out of box thinking. But, it is just a confusion of various thoughts. Highly stingy and does not want to invest in the right marketing aspects. Forgets that people come with their own potential.
