Pros

The products are very good and for the number of employees that currently working at the company they are doing a very good j

Cons

Owner has no confident in management and does not allow its management to make any type of management decision making power Managers have no real authority and are just figure heads to be the individuals that will be held responsible when mistakes are made. There are not enough employees in any areas of the business to accomplish what needs to be done and when it is pointed out, it is ignored unless no other choice is available and more employees have to brought on board. However if any employees leaves for any reason, they will not necessarily be replaced.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. It is important to recognize that each team member is responsible for their own actions, their work, and the effort they put into their jobs. When that does not happen, it fails both the team and the company. Not taking ownership in that responsibility is only a failure to yourself, no matter where you work. As a small business, we do the best we can and sometimes that does require wearing many hats. We don't expect anything of our team we wouldn't do ourselves. We work hard together, side by side, whatever it takes to succeed. We wish you the best of luck in your current and future endeavors.
