Pros
The new CEO and Head of Sales seem to have a good head on their shoulders, but the challenge to change the old habits will take a while to iron out.
Cons
Constantly changing direction and never yielding any positive results. The compensation and benefits are a joke. There have not been raises or true performance reviews in almost 2 years, and if there have been, there does not seem to be any structure to them.
There is no investment in employee satisfaction, or input on what can actually make a difference. For a very small company, impact does not seem to be possible.
