Pros
Great training to constantly improve and be the best in the business. Lots of hard work is expected but also appreciated. Pressure for sales is minimal, unlike other builders - do the work and follow the training and if some months are slow, no one is on your back. Good, supportive team environment.
Cons
At times the work load can be overwhelming with demands to check off all the boxes, even if they're not the best alternatives. Compensation is lower than average, especially given the demands of the job, Communication to the people in the field could be better.
