Pros
The work life balance, can pretty much wfh whenever you need to and work hours are extremely flexible, no fixed hours for most roles
Cons
The learning curve is EXTREMELY low. Due to lenient work culture, it's hard to learn much. Most external employers understand this culture in Keysight and are led to believe that Keysight employees are unable to handle stress. They have experience with Keysight employees unable to perform up to par in other corporates. Most departments in Keysight have laid back culture and less technical compared to semiconductor, MNC, or local solution provider companies. If you plan to leave Keysight to explore other opportunities, you will find it hard to write your accomplishments in resume. It's a normal scenario for most graduate engineers. In summary, Keysight is good for graduates due to high starting salary and senior employees for laid back culture. However, if you plan to grow your career there, you have to be exceptionally good at BUILDING VISIBILITY and just enough technical skills related to your KPI.
