Cost of living is very high. Key west can be quite isolated.

Good insurance- almost everyone accepts their insurance and the deductibles are pretty reasonable. Awesome pay- keys energy pays well beyond the average pay.

People aren't very approachable in other departments. It almost seems like other departments are in a completely different planet. Some employees will actually ignore you even when only saying good morning.
