Pros
Your weekends are free usually. But that wasn’t exactly clear either.
Cons
The employees are confrontational and occult cliquey. At times, uncomfortably bizarre work environment. Most everyone employed at Keyrenter Denver, including the owner, doesn’t have a background in property management. Which is why a lot of tenants complain about the management team. They engage in fraudulent work and business practices. I would try and address tenants concerns, but management would intervene and avoid fixing the problem. I’m an ethical person. And my integrity is not for sale. I felt pressure from the management team to do the wrong thing. I used my own vehicle to commute to every job. After I went through their nonsensical hire process, that’s when they tell me mileage and travel time wasn’t reimbursed. Basically, they only pay for gas. They advertised the job as salary and then they back peddled on that as well. And This is a franchise small business type model. Where anyone with the cash or investors can buy in. I still haven’t received my final paycheck. And I had this sneaky suspicion they weren’t going to pay me. And I was right. They are fraudsters. Everything is smoke and mirrors with this place, even their ratings, Just do a little research. Now I’m forced to take them to small claims to get paid. It’s like Enron all over again with this company,
