High pay, company car, Interesting products, play an important role in the development of the market, supportive team members. customers know about the high quality of Keyence products, really not hard to sell so if you aren't selling it means you aren't trying.

Cons

High pressure, Japanese work culture is forced on employees, too much travel (I traveled around 70 days a year), achieving your targets is non negotiable, only enter Keyence if you are very career orientated.

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Cons

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
