Pros
Good training, competitive pay for entry level position
Cons
1. Your level of compensation is highly dependent on the territory you are placed in. 2. You are extensively monitored at all times through MDM. They want your work phone on you at all time and they can use that device to spy on you. 3. The amount you have to travel is variable and can create a huge disparity in the required work load. When I worked there I drove 1000 miles a week, had 3 hotel over night stays per week, and had would start my day at 6am and get to my next hotel at 9pm 4. Promotions are NOT based on performance. If you decide to take this job, you can see for yourself. 5. You will literally be a work horse and they will use you like one. Statistically, you WILL be discarded, like many others have before you. 6. Outdated, annoying sales tactics. If you want proof just go look up Keyence on reddit, pay attention to the topics in /r/PLC and you will see from the customers perspective. I could keep going but if you still need a reason to not work for Keyence then be my guest. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
