Pros

I like the job a lot the only reason it's getting 3 stars is the little room for growth. Unless you want to move to the DC area. You'll learn a lot, and I think the people you help are for the most part are really down to earth. Working 3 days at the house and 2 days in the office is pretty nice to and your coworkers are great and management is great everyone wants you to succeed.

Cons

Having to fill out two time-sheets. Having to deal with QA which isn't apart of Keylogic itself. But the people in QA "think" they understand the work but once they find something incorrect they get tunnel vision and will give you a bad grade. They even suggest you use the "right" KB while in fact it's the wrong KB. If you want to dispute with them good luck it takes ages. I wouldn't worry about them too much and just ignore them. Do your best and move on. Oh and the pay isn't all that great but it's nice to get bonuses.
