Have gone years without a review or raise. Management/Leadership is uninspiring and just an absolute joke. I have seen some shady things go on that I can not ignore. Favoritism is the game here. No diversity at all in the leadership. You don't have a chance advancing if you're not white, period!. They take good employees for granted. I only stayed here for the convenience and to finish school. If you're looking for a real career this is not the place. If you have real legitimate complaints about another employee they will pretend like they care then turn it back around on you. Then you will be ostracized or pushed out. I can go on and on about this place. The other ratings and reviews speak for itself.
