High Turnover, and this company does not replace employees when they leave. and expect current employees to bear the additional weight. Poor Salary- awful commission "structure" Lack of Transparency- when someone resigns, the company has waited to announce their departure two days before their last day. Inconsistent team construction-there is ZERO commission consistency between teams, some teams receive hefty quarterly bonuses, while other teams are ignored and there is zero attempt to make each teams goals comparable or reasonable. It is truly a luck of the draw structure. It feels like a botched merger- workers on the "same team" don;t have access to each other's database and they're still functioning as separate entities
