Small company and the new owner will be great

The owners have created a soulless company and can't commit to any single direction or vision.

unorganized. Business transitioning to the son - 300lb 6' man who likes to drive across the state to come into an office with two small women there to yell at them face to face about how he didn't manage his time properly to complete a project that was assigned by his own father. Will hire you for one job, then expect you to do sales and base your performance off of sales. Will not include you in meetings related to marketing, but expect you to do large marketing contracts with no input. Sales person sold a geothermal job from a trade show- 200k or there abouts. Owner took the commission. Don't bother emailing with issues or questions, no response. This happens if you are in sales or a technician or office staff. What's that huge marketing proposal and contract that you worked on, is ready to sign and the other company is waiting for signature? Oops, yeah. Don't want anymore (you told me the other day that you did), instead let's focus on making an event - a dog walk-a-thon! We can judge the dogs! I wish I was kidding. if you want to work with a good company, keep looking. This is not a place to grow with.
