7yThank you for the review. We are sorry to hear some of your views and experiences which are not what we want to read. Therefore, we apologise to you.
We are happy to share that as a business we have experienced high turnover over the past 4 years but it has also reduced significantly in recent times.
Unfortunately, you may have left the business before seeing your advice to management implemented but i can assure you that we have listened and taken action on your feedback.
We have undertaken a number of new initiatives to improve staff engagement. To name a few, we held our second employee survey in 2017, created a staff committee, changed working hours, introduced fresh fruit Mondays and dress down Fridays.
The business has now been sold to new owners (September 2017) and we have a new CEO and a new leadership team in place who are committed to making this a better place to work.
