I started with KCS without really knowing the recruiting world in depth, yes I had some experience prior but not this kind. Jeff and Dave basically took me under their wing and coached me all along the way. I am not going to lie executive recruiting is not easy. It takes a lot of time to do before you start making a lot of money. Yes you can make a lot but if that is what you are going into this role is money it will not work out. I was very blessed to have Jeff and Dave as my Boss when I had a illness or a family matter they allowed me to take care of myself and my family. They actually really care about their employees, very flexible and willing to help when they can. The only reason I left was that I got a job in a different industry that was what I went to school for. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to work for KCS.
