      fully work from home, no need to go office at all

      Cons

      - company promised to pay us bonus in Mar'2024 but didn't pay even after half a year - always delay our salary payment, happened quite a few times this year - company has unstable cash flow

      1. Salary delays (can stretch up to 13-15 days) 2. CPF Delays stretching over multiple weeks ( not even informed there late paymentstill check cpf app) 3. Need to complain to TADM and cpf to retrieve cpf and salary
