- LOTS of opportunities for advancement, or even just lateral movement - Great benefits - My department (Patient Access)'s leadership team is comprised of very warm, understanding and helpful people - Recognizes and rewards hard work and perserverance
Cons
- HR/hiring process is notoriously lengthy - Upper level management seems out of touch with daily operations of departments - Some policies/procedures not standardized across the network - Seems to be a large disconnect between doctor's offices and hospitals within the Network
