Pros
Love the company culture Really appreciate the kind gestures they extend to employees: little gifts, free coffee, free lunches. It makes me feel very valued as an employee and they are trying their best to show appreciation. They pay fairly, and I feel well supported and valued. I appreciate that they are faith centered; I hope they never cave to the abortion provider in town and continue to stand their ground about the transportation contract/agreement.
Cons
Lots of catty behavior among the staff. I have personally witnessed a supervisor talking about confidential employee information with other employees. She seems to think it is a way to develop rapport with her staff, but it is very dysfunctional and not appropriate. Staff: If they talk about someone else behind their back, they will talk about you too. Be very careful.
