Unless you have an associates/bachelors degree your manager does not care about you.. at all. I’ve worked on 2 different units at 2 different hospitals Honestly I’m afraid to say more because of my unique situation but once I obtain my degree (no thanks to tuition assistance) I’ll be sure to work at premier.
