Benefits - These were good but could also be confusing since there are like 5 different websites for different things to remember Pay - So called the "Golden Handcuffs" although that may not be the case any longer
Cons
A mixture of micromanagement with zero structure, bad vibes all around, clear favoritism and multiple lawsuits. Many promises of promotions resulted in nothing except extra work when similar positions were not backfilled. Never mentored or consulted by leadership about this, I was left to my own devices to carry projects that were once managed by a 3-person team. Instead, accolades and promotions were handed out to employees who: - Had multiple complaints - Did not understand how to do their own job - Created a hostile work environment, observed and reported by multiple people - Had the ear and protection of leadership - Had to be sent to a conference on the organization's dime on respectful and professional communication (and has since had more complaints as well as a promotion)
