You get responsibility as of day one. My first day with the company was immediately at the client's office. Within the project teams there is great team spirit. You become an expert in the field of procurement very quickly!

The assignmnets and projects are all very much the same: reduce spend. Therefore, lack of variety made me leave the company. Even though it is a consultancy and workload is very high, the compensation is not really good. Training of staff is always mentioned as a top priority, but due to tight project schedules it is very difficult/ sometimes impossible to find the time for training.
