Pros

Great colleagues who have support for each other even across teams. The teams become like family, and overall loved working alongside CSO's, Drivers and OCC. The depot is always clean, Adequate amount of storage for personal belongings. IF you are a CSO, theres amazing choices for lunch's / dinners on the network. Great Security team.

Cons

Extremely poor management structure with little to no care for employee wellbeing. Clear favoritism within management, leading to unfair treatment and disregard for valid concerns. High employee turnover due to lack of support and concern for staff health, especially for newcomers. Frequent exposure to aggressive and violent passengers, including juveniles and homeless individuals, creating unsafe work conditions. Management is disconnected from frontline realities and lacks understanding of the actual duties performed. Staff often forced to pick up work neglected by management due to their absence or inaction. Management frequently out of office, leaving staff without proper leadership or direction. Employees can receive written or verbal warnings for legitimate sick leave, even with medical certificates. Ongoing conflicts with the RTBU union, with non-members being targeted and treated unfairly. Overall toxic culture where employee safety, fairness, and morale are consistently overlooked.

Work-life balance, and work culture is best.

Cons

Underpay you too much compared to the market, and there are not much career progression, you're stuck at same position for several years.
