Culture remains one of the top reasons I love the KLC. Lots of tenured employees and family like atmosphere. Good engagement and support within your team and other departments. Benefit premiums stay fair, competitive, and keep the employees overall cost in mind. Annual merit increases. Fun activities to keep employees engaged. KLC mission to fund education is rewarding and gives back directly to students.
Cons
Some retirements recently but its expected based on how long some employees have worked here. Not a huge company (both good and bad) which can create some limitations on growth.
