      -Flexibility -schedule ability -the ability to grow your pay check day after day

      Cons

      - you have to use your own personal vehicle -the company pays for your gas but it is not enough for the amount of driving, maintenance and tolls

      great product, great support from management and internal staff from the bottom to the top CEO. the sky is the limit, you can make the money you want, all based on what you input into it... many tools and quality products at your disposal.

      Cons

      the con is based on your discipline of going out and working full time... it's your business it's your sales route
