Worst company ever - Anonymous employee Kennedy Recruitment Employee Review

Senior management - Bully, enjoys telling staff lies and threatening actions causing tensions and severe upset within the company. Brief boring dated induction with 0 training and high expectations on delivering excellence with rubbish dated systems out of date data base for recruiters and no guidance from existing staff or management. New ideas for development Unwelcome. Banishment of any type of morale, negative and slandering comments made continually every day without fail. Staff constantly made to feel not good enough again with pressure to deliver, false promised bonus structure (never happened). Continuous rejuvenation of staff - Month to month basis, sometimes weekly, some haven’t even lasted 1 full day. 0 perks, staff not allowed to communicate whilst working, no staff events, very poor salaries, 0 flexibility holidays are seen as shouldn’t exist and that staff don’t deserve a break. Absolutely no structure within the business whatsoever. Existing staff not offered opportunity to apply for senior roles or any progression opportunities - New staff brought in instead. Additional unrelated tasks being given to consultants taking away precious sales time and then questioned on roles not being serviced. All round horrible and worst work experience.
