Bad culture. Senior management is allowed to do what they want, even if it breaks company protocol/confidentiality rules. The girl manager @ The Boathouse gets away with things like deleting running updates that implicate her in actions she should not be doing. Selling to-go alcoholic beverages without following company/state guidelines in reference to that. Take alcohol to go on birthday’s, and receiving that by strong arming employees to do things she wants while she is not on the clock. Company does not stand by core values; Also, no incentives or raises for managers or profit share/bonuses when making almost 2 million in sales a month for 6 months out of the year. You are being used here & sold a dream.
