I have seen Kendall Howard drastically shift the paradigm in its approach to sales and customer service over my last six years here. Our sales and customer service department pride itself on the products and services that Kendall Howard offers. It's inspiring to come into work with like-minded people to help, share and celebrate successes daily, and it's a drive encouraged by the work-family culture (my family away from home) both departments believe in adamantly. Company-wide activities are a blast! We have brilliant chefs that work here because our potlucks are amazing! Our company president even grills burgers, hot dogs, and brats for all of the employees! Kendall Howard is a great company to work for, and I am proud to call everyone here family.
Cons
Like any smaller organization growing at rapid rate, there will be growing pains. Some ideas and processes take longer to evolve with a company going through such a huge growth spurt. They do catch up; however, it's that time in between that is challenging.
