      Company values and culture separate Kenco from many 3PL’s.

      Cons

      It can be difficult filling positions. The expectations are higher. Process improvement, Lean concepts, etc. Need to take more time to find right people.

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
