Pros
Very good structured company. Lean practice, OK benefits OK pay. Good training on all levels. I liked working for our customer, and Kenco 3PL
Cons
They treat most employees fair but review process needs work. Family owned yes, but run like most corporate companies so your not always treated like family. A lot of good people are put though the turnstile at times and some are for good reason. Some also are looking for better opportunity's cause some sites are very fast paced and high pressured at times to work for & very stressful.
