      Pros

      The best thing about working for Kenco is, supervisors and management were ok they were compromising to call outs

      Cons

      Not a company you would stay at for the next 15 to 20 years! !! Benefits aren't good like that !!! So I wouldn't recommend staying there for a long period of time

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
