Bad since the beging - Inventory Clerk Kenco Group Employee Review

Limited PTO, Not a diverse place to work. Zero regard for work life balance. Very buddy system based. Promotions do not come often and when they do they are not protected by the company. Honesty is not a priority nor is keeping hard workers happy or even content. Everyone outside of the top 3 people (management) inside the building are expendable. No accountability from management. If management makes a mistake it will be passed off on an employee. Pay can/has been lowered with out any reason. Shifts can change and do pretty often to accommodate upper management even if it interferes with employee schedules/lives.
