      Pros

      Very good about promoting from within. Pay is pretty good for the area.

      Cons

      Leadership on site is not great. Over-ask for out of scope support. Not flexible. Benefits (health, etc.) are not great. 401k match is a joke.

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
