Pros
As a contractor, Kelly give you the same paid holidays and work schedule as the company for which you work, so if that company offers a lot of holidays or flexible hours, you also have access to those options, which is really nice. They also pay you fairly and have decent benefits.
Cons
As a contractor, you don't always know if your job is secure, but that's the nature of the beast, not really a critique of Kelly.
