Pros

A nice place if you are looking for a fully remote job to have a year or two of Canadian/US experience, you won't have micromanagement and you have pretty flexible work hours

Cons

You won't be able to reach management, even if you need to, they just won't respond or will ask you to wait, and you will wait weeks for a response. You get no benefits, no insurance, nothing and keep in mind you have emotionally exhausting job, you work pretty long shifts and you are expected to be not only an interpreter but also customer service representative, data entry clerk and fairy-Godmother herself. Pay raise is not automatic - you are supposed to request the pay raise, but keep in mind the management may not respond to you. So you wait until they respond, then until they review and then MAYBE you are approved for +1 dollar which frankly is too much of a hassle for such meager pay raise. In over total it's not beneficial to stay for longer than 2-3 years at most - there is no growth, no security and no adequate compensation.

Pros

WFH. This was for Language Line Solutions through Kelly Services. Pay is $15 per hour.

Cons

Very little time for lunch and bathroom breaks. You hang up and 30 seconds later another call. Micro management at its worst.
