Pros
The company is quite easy going and flexible, understanding towards the employee and down to earth. They support you through education and it's a great working culture
Cons
Empty promises, if you good at what you do, don't expect growth or opportunities to take a leadership role. Consultants who are good at there job don't get growth opportunities as without them in the role, not many successful placements happen. It leaves you feeling quite demotivated at times and there is no support.
