Pros
- Decent company perks - Good office space, free parking - Small NZ team, but has opportunities for growth - Really great flexibility
Cons
- Internal culture needs work. Lots of conflict - Pay is not very competitive - Communication between Aus and NZ businesses needs improving - Some systems and processes are manual and slow. Take up a fair amount of time, not much standardisation between systems.
